1. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time. Estimated completion times will be communicated before shipment.

Shipping

  • All orders include tracking information.
  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value purchases.
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • Once an order has been shipped, Y.D. JEWELRY LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.


2. Shipping Insurance

Every shipment from Y.D. JEWELRY LLC is fully insured while in transit.

Customers may also purchase Optional Premium Shipping Protection during checkout for enhanced claim support if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and any supporting documentation.


3. Product Care & Disclaimer

All jewelry sold by Y.D. JEWELRY LLC is carefully inspected before shipment.

We do not cover or accept responsibility for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Surface scratches
  • Bent or broken chains due to misuse
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper use or care
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Damage caused by chemicals or harsh environments
  • Modifications, resizing, or repairs performed by third parties

Customers are encouraged to inspect their jewelry upon delivery and contact us immediately if they believe they have received an incorrect or damaged item.


4. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by appointment.

  • Orders must be confirmed as ready before pickup.
  • The purchaser must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
  • The payment card used for the purchase may be required for verification.
